Through guided respite care, I simultaneously provide an intentional activity for the individual with autism and a short break for families. I work with the individual with autism to develop friendship, do activities they enjoy, find a new hobby, or get in some exercise. This respite is often guided away from their normal routine, which is a refreshing break and light-hearted experience to enhance their growth and development.

Families of my clients who receive guided respite care simultaneously enjoy time to recharge and refresh or attend to other responsibilities.
